Our Squads are broken up into the following categories.

Mini Squad

Our mini squad program introduces children to swimming in squads & builds upon the techniques learned in LTS. In these mini squad levels, the children’s individual stroke technique is further developed. Strength & endurance are further promoted and developed.

Team Squad

Our TEAM squad is aimed at Teenagers following on from Sharks who do not want to take the competitive swimming pathway. This 90min class emphasises endurance, stamina and overall fitness. This level incorporates both the teenage swimmer who wishes to continue swimming for general fitness or as an aerobic training base for other sporting interests. 
To be eligible for this group the swimmer must be in high school.

Junior Squads

A further commitment to swimming is required in this level with swimmers training a minimum of four 90 min sessions per week. Swimmers must be a member of the local Swim Club and involvement in local competitions is strongly encouraged.

Senior Squads

A commitment of between 7 and 10 sessions is required for this level.  Swimmers are aiming towards Country, State and national representation. For further information please contact our Head Coach
