- Mini Squad - Our mini squad program introduces children to swimming in squads & builds upon the techniques learned in LTS. In these mini squad levels, the children's individual stroke technique is further developed. Strength & endurance are further promoted and developed.

- Team Squad - Teenage Emerging Athlete Squad. 90min class emphasising endurance, stamina and overall fitness.

- Junior Squad - A further commitment to swimming is required in this level with swimmers training a minimum of four 90 min sessions per week. Swimmers must be a member of the local Swim Club and involvement in local competitions is strongly encouraged.
