Our Squads are broken up into the following categories.
- Our mini squad program introduces children to swimming in squads & builds upon the techniques learned in LTS. In these mini squad levels, the children's individual stroke technique is further developed. Strength & endurance are further promoted and developed. Read More
- Teenage Emerging Athlete Squad. 90min class emphasising endurance, stamina and overall fitness. This level incorporates both the teenage swimmer who wishes to continue swimming for general fitness or as an aerobic training base for other sporting interests as well as those wishing to have a more serious training environment as a stepping stone to the Senior Surf squad.
To be eligible for this group the swimmer must be in high school.
- A further commitment to swimming is required in this level with swimmers training a minimum of four 90 min sessions per week. Swimmers must be a member of the local Swim Club and involvement in local competitions is strongly encouraged.
